Here are some pictures from our last camping trip! We went up to Harris Creek which you can get to on your way to McCall. We went up on Thursday around noon and got back on Friday about 2:00. We had such a great time!

Jake's dad let us borrow his truck and 4 wheeler! We also took their dog scout with us and borrowed his grandparent's trailer.

Here is our campsite! It was right off the road but right by the creek!

We went on a lot of 4 wheeler rides and we would take Scout running along side. He got really hot and would stop and dip in the water. It was really cute!

Us during one of our 4-wheeler rides. I love 4-wheeling!

A huge Ponderosa that Jake took a picture of on a little hike he took during our camping trip!

Little Jake just carving us some roasting sticks!! What a handy man!

Scout just hanging out!

Jake's dad let us take some steaks, but we got confused with the different assortments of meat in the freezer and ended up taking Antelope. It was actually pretty good roasted over the fire, but I was sure missing my usual hot dog... We even fried some fish over the fire. Jake and I pride ourselves in the variety of unusual camping foods we take camping.

Me and my dinner!

Jake took me shooting for the first time since my little 4-H camp days! Turns out I'm still a pretty good shot. I nailed the little tin cans my first 3 shots, and then we decided to shoot another target in the trees for the rest of the time. Jake is so cute and we had so much fun!

Your camping trip looks like so much fun! And that dog is stinkin' cute, I love that picture where he's just looking at the camera. My dad's dog Will looked at me like that once, then he ran over, jumped up, and licked me right on the lips. Eww!
Did you try starting any fires in that camper?
So I just looked over your pictures again, and I LOOVE the one where Jake is sitting by the fire with the stick. Is he aware that he is wearing his hat like an old man? Oh LOL, I can't stop laughing. He looks like old man Jake in that picture! (don't tell him I told you that:) )
