After school ended, Jake and I went on vacation to Malad, SLC, Ogden, and up to Bear Lake for a total of around 9 nine days. During that time we got to see a lot of both of our families and spent some fun time just the two of us. We even watercolored since we couldn't hike at the resort! (turns out its still winter and really cold outside!) It was actually tons of fun!
We got back to Rexburg on Monday for my doctor's appointment. They had me come in early because the doctor's were concerned that the baby wasn't big enough. My last few measurements weren't were they should be I guess. Turns out the baby is just perfect--I am just carrying her differently and so I measure smaller than normal! We are so glad everything is going well with the pregnancy!
On Tuesday we moved up to Boise. We will be here for around 10 weeks while Jake lines up an internship and a temporary job. He already has a lot of options for internships--now he just has to pick one. He has a possible job opportunity working in a PT office working as a Spanish interpreter and assisting the therapist in other ways. We are living in an apartment above his parents garage, so its perfect! We have our own little place, but can see his family whenever we want!
Jake will work on his internship as long as he can before he has to help his dad build their family cabin in McCall. He will help with the framing and possibly interior work as long as he has time. This will be our major source of income for the summer probably. It is kinda fun having Jake around more often though--it makes being poor worth it! We are paying for our apartment while we're gone so we have a place in Rexburg to go back to.We are hoping to make it back to Rexburg around the beginning of July so we can be home when the baby comes. We will let her grow a little and get used to becoming parents, and then we will go back to Boise so Jake can finish his internship before school starts up again.
We are really enjoying our time here in Boise and look forward to the baby coming soon!

It was so fun to see you guys while you were in Bear Lake!! It looks like you had a good break visiting family and such. I hope all goes well for you this summer! Are you coming back to Rexburg to have your little girl? I hope so, i can't wait to see her cute face, we will be here in July too!!
