*8 Months*

Well, I am officially 32 weeks/8 months pregnant!! Of course, if you're going by the actual due date of August 25th I have less than two months left. But whose counting anyway?) I had a lot of information for you on the post I wrote earlier today, but Jake did something on the computer and lost my work, so now you're going to get a much shorter, less informative post. (Thats probably a good thing...;)

Well, I went to my appointment today and the doctor said that everything was great, other than the baby is measuring a little small. He said that Hannah had measured small beginning around 28 weeks and I had high blood pressure problems with her, so they said that we will plan on my having the same problems and be "pleasantly surprised" if it doesn't happen. Here are some pictures of my pregnancy with Hannah so you can see how much better I am doing with Charlie. I started swelling really bad around 2/3 way through, was put on bed rest for high blood pressure the day before Hannah was born. My water broke that next morning and I had Hannah around 10 hours later.

Even my fingers were swollen. Say goodbye to that wedding ring--there's just no room! :)
Wow, thats just too much......Here are my feet now--so much better looking huh? ANYTHING is better looking than those fat feet in the last picture! ewww...
Me about 2 days before Hannah was born. I look this same size now--and presently I'm not looking so hot, so no pregnancy pictures-sorry! :) You'll see me in upcoming posts. (Consider yourself really lucky! :)

So, I guess we'll see what happens this go-round. I'm so glad my appointments are going to once a week soon so we can be checked more often. My only concern are our traveling plans in the month of August. After Jake works for two weeks during the 7-week break, we were initially planning on going to Boise so Jake can go on his yearly hike and we can spend some time at the cabin in Cascade. But we just realized that going for two weeks is impossible because I will be due in two weeks. I want to for sure make it to all my weekly appointments, because problems can come up soo fast! We may make it for a week or so, but if any of my appointments make us concerned, then we'll probably just stay in Rexburg and reschedule the trip to another time.

Anyway, thanks for reading the post and enduring those pictures....:( We're super excited for it, but it will be soo crazy with all the people around! All my family will be there, all Jake's family, and quite a few of Karen's inlaws. We have a lot of plans, including hiking Paris peak, all the BL 4th festivities, visiting the lake, hiking to Bloomington Lake, eating like crazy, etc... It will be so much fun!! Have a great weekend!!

That's so sad you swelled up like that. I hope this one goes better for you. It's getting so close. Have fun with all your upcoming plans, and maybe we'll see you somewhere.

I hated being swollen, and you had it really bad! My feet got pretty bad with Paden, but my hands were never too bad. So, did you not go to Bloomington Lake? I saw your sister and your hubby. You have to let us know when you have this baby so we can come see you.... as long as we're still around. I hope the swelling stays down for you! Good luck!
