Bloomington Lake and the 4th!

Well, I wasn't around for this little hike, but Jake, my parents, Jake's parents, and Amy, Brett and Brett's mom Mary all went up to Bloomington Lake on Saturday morning after the 4th. My pregnant feet wouldn't allow it. They really had a good time and it looked beautiful up there--Jake even took a few swings of the rope into the freezing cold water. Good thing I wasn't there- he probably would have made me do it too! :)

Glendi, my mother-in-law is there in the back, then Chris my father-in-law. Then Brett, Dad, Mary, Amy and Mom. I wish I could have gone!

Amy and Brett--how cute! Amy is due in late September--how fun to have two girls right around the same age!

4th of July!!

We had such a fun vacation! My parents-in-law came back with us and we had a great time at the flag raising, the 4th production in the tabernacle (good job Dad!), the parade, and spending time with family and friends all weekend! I had a few run ins with some serious Braxton Hicks contractions the night of the 3rd and right before the performance on the 4th-yikes! We were nervous we would have a Paris Tabernacle baby, wh ich would be fitting because that is where Jake and I met! :) We really had a great time and it was good to spend time with both families! I love the 4th!
