Oh, I love my parents!!! We went home two weekends ago and my parents spoiled us silly! My mom bought a huge salmon fillet for us (and she hates fish!) and my dad bought all the greens a girl could ever want! I got a whole artichoke all to myself--that never happens! We always eat really well at home-never fails!Below is a picture of the cheese Jake and Dad made that same weekend. 6 gallons of milk later... :) They made a cheddar wheel first and then made a wheel of gouda. They will let them age for a few months, or until they just can't wait any longer to eat them! We had a great weekend!
