And here is a picture of Jake at his Grandparents house at the start of our vacation. They made Jake a chocolate cake, insisted on paying for a truck service, and gave him some money and a hilarious card! We had great time at their house!
Jake had a pretty great birthday this year. Not only did he get the Planet Earth dvds and this book about living off the land, he also got some starter to make more cheese! And then we went on vacation for more than a week! What more could you ask for? Of course, he did have all of his big finals on that day too, so I guess he deserved a good birthday! :)
